My Lankan Dream (MLD) is the trading name of Everton Holidays (Pvt) Ltd. Registered Address: Bernards Business Park, 106 Dutugemunu Street, Dehiwela, SRI LANKA.

MLD is duly authorised to carry out business with: Company Registration Number: PV 6029, Sri Lanka Tourist Board Registration:  TS/TA/1357

a) Product:

MLD provides travel services based on agreed tour itineraries (Tour) to clients (Client)

b) Contract:

By booking a Tour, Client and any persons on behalf of whom Client makes payment agree that these terms and conditions shall form part of a legal contract with MLD. This contract shall be construed according to the Laws of Sri Lanka and all parties agree that any dispute so arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Sri Lanka.

c) Confirmed Booking:

MLD will agree Tour content with the Client and issue an itinerary and invoice. The invoice may contain specific terms and conditions different to those expressed on this web page.

In case of any discrepancy, the parties agree that the terms and conditions on the invoice shall take precedence.

Bookings can only be confirmed when 100% of the invoice valued is received by MLD.

The start date of the Tour shall be the reference point for payments and refunds.

d) Payment Schedule

In order to guarantee a booking client must pay the full invoice value 60 days before start date of the Tour. During High Season and other peak periods MLD may vary this period by stating so specifically on the invoice.

e) Cancellation & Refund Policy

Client may cancel the Tour by informing MLD at plan@mylankandream.com.

Cancellation will be deemed effective only when MLD receives such communication. MLD will send Client an acknowledgement of cancellation.

Refunds will be credited exclusively to the credit card account from which payment was made originally and can take up to 30 days to process.

Client accepts the following scale for refunds based on the effective cancellation date:

More than 90 days before Tour start date: Full Refund

61-90 days before Tour start date: Full Refund less a discretionary 5% administration fee

45-60 days before Tour start date: 60% refund

Less than 45 days before Tour start date: No refund 

f) Complaints Procedure:  

In the unlikely event that any part of the Tour fails to meet agreed standards, Client should inform the MLD representative immediately so that remedial action may be taken.  Client should obtain an acknowledgement of such a notification.

MLD will make all reasonable efforts to rectify such shortcomings. In the event that Client is dissatisfied with such rectification, Client should inform MLD in writing before the end of Tour. MLD cannot entertain any complaints that have not been notified promptly.

g) Communication:

h) Privacy Policy: 

Client agrees that MLD may store their personal information including but not limited to: Name, Address, Age, Gender, Profession, Passport Number and Phone Number.

MLD shall use such information only in relation to travel arrangements made on behalf of Client. Client agrees that MLD may communicate such information to suppliers when related to such travel arrangements.

MLD may communicate personal information if so required by legal obligations under the laws of Sri Lanka.

MLD shall use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that such personal information is stored confidentially. On completion of the Tour, Client may in writing request MLD to delete any such information stored.

 g) Insurance;

Client shall purchase adequate travel insurance with coverage including but not limited to: injury, medical expenses, delayed or missed flights, lost baggage and lost documents.

h) Secure Payment:

The MLD secure server for payment will record and store personal details including : Name, Address, Telephone Number and E-mail Address. Such information is stored purely to verify and support financial transactions and will not be used for any other purpose.

This payment form hosted by My Lankan Dream requires the input of sensitive information and therefore utilize a Security Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, which provides a secure environment for individuals to transmit information to the My Lankan Dream server. This information is encrypted during transmission, and in doing so, prevents unauthorized persons access to it. All information collected by the My Lankan Dream Website is stored on a secure server owned by My Lankan Dream. This prevents personal information from being accessed by unauthorized persons.

i) Variation of Terms and Conditions

MLD reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without giving notice. The Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions prevailing on the date of booking.
